What I collect.
This site is a static portfolio. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no profiling. Data collection is minimal and incidental to hosting and direct contact.

Vercel (hosting provider) records IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and referrer for each HTTP request. Retained per Vercel's standard log retention.

Content of emails you send to studio@heymavric.com or victor.quezada@pec.fiscozen.it. Stored in the mailbox for the time required to manage the conversation and any commercial activity arising from it.

Why.

Running the website (technical necessity). Legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

Responding to messages, pre-contractual exchanges, and managing commissions. Legal basis: pre-contract and contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b).

Honoring your interface-language choice. Legal basis: explicit user action.
How long.
Server logs: per Vercel retention policy (typically 30 days for access logs). Email correspondence: for the duration of the working relationship plus the period required by Italian tax and civil law (typically 10 years for fiscal documents). Language cookie: session only — removed when you close the browser.
Who else sees the data.
Vercel Inc. (USA) acts as data processor under GDPR Art. 28 for hosting. Data may be processed on infrastructure outside the EU; Vercel adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The email provider (when configured for studio@heymavric.com) acts as processor for inbound mail only. No data is shared with advertisers, marketers, or unrelated third parties.
Your rights.
Under GDPR you may: access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali). To exercise any right write to studio@heymavric.com or victor.quezada@pec.fiscozen.it — response within 30 days.
Outside the EU.
Vercel processes some data in the United States. Transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (active certification) and standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Updates.
This policy may change. Significant updates are noted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acknowledgement.
Less data, kept short
