The studio.
one room · one lamp · one register
My work is visual direction at the edge of editorial and generated image. Long takes, slow decisions, the warmth that lives inside dark frames — shot, generated, or stitched between the two. The studio is one room, one lamp, one register: penombra granulare. Everything that leaves here was made there.
I work for fashion houses, product lines, and studios that prefer severity over noise. Every engagement begins with one question — what does the image refuse to do — and ends only when nothing more can be subtracted. AI is a tool. It is not a register. It does not decide what the image is for.
I operate in small batches. A few projects per season, chosen on register, not volume. Tools rotate — Runway, Midjourney, Flux, Sora, in-camera when the brief calls for it — direction does not. The work I take on is the work I would have done anyway, if no one had asked.
What I make.
- — 01
Editorial
Direction, art-direction, on-set or in-prompt decisions. Campaigns for fashion and product — shot, generated, or both.
- — 02
Motion · AI
Short-form motion. Loops, reels, fashion films. Composition decided in-camera or in-Sora — the cut is the same.
- — 03
Web
Editorial websites for studios and labels. Severity, restraint, brand-consistent. AI-rendered assets where they earn it.
